Five truths
What we believe, and how we deliver it.
Five beliefs that dictate our values, how we operate, and how we make decisions. They shape every engagement we accept, every architect we hire, and every system we ship.
01
Humans come first.
Technology only works when it works for people. We design systems around real human needs: how teams operate, communicate, and grow. Prioritizing usability and accessibility ensures that every solution enhances productivity, supports collaboration, and creates lasting impact across the organization.
02
Quality over quantity.
More features don't always mean better results. We focus on building fewer, stronger systems that perform reliably, scale sustainably, and stand the test of time. By prioritizing precision and long-term stability over rapid output, we deliver platforms that inspire trust and deliver measurable business value.
03
Expertise takes time.
True technical skill isn't created overnight. Our architects bring years of experience solving complex challenges across industries, continuously refining their craft through real-world problem solving. We invest in talent development and ongoing learning because great systems come from great people, never templates.
04
Collaboration drives results.
Even the best engineers need alignment. Success depends on communication, shared context, and a clear understanding of business goals. We work hand-in-hand with internal teams, bridging the gap between technical complexity and organizational strategy so that every build is efficient, intentional, and effective.
05
Flexibility fuels growth.
No two clients, or challenges, are the same. We adapt our methodologies, partnerships, and tools to match your specific needs and evolving business environment. By staying flexible and forward-thinking, we deliver innovative, scalable solutions that keep pace with change and drive growth.
Our vision
AI-native operating systems will replace SaaS subscriptions as the primary unit of competitive advantage in the mid-market. The companies that own theirs will compound; the companies that rent theirs will pay subscriptions forever. We build for the first group.
Leadership
The standards behind every engagement.
Elevate's leadership sets the architecture bar, scope discipline, and warranty model used across the firm. Some projects are founder-led; others are led by the senior architect best matched to the work, with founder review where scope, risk, or platform complexity calls for it.
Josh sets the technical direction at Elevate. He evaluates new models and frameworks as they emerge, then translates what actually holds up into the reference architectures the firm builds against. The work is making sure what we ship today is still worth running in eighteen months.
CPA40+ yrs in mid-market finance100s of businesses advised
Forty years of CPA and CFO work for the mid-market businesses Elevate now builds AI for.
Mike spent forty-plus years as a CPA, firm partner, and outsourced CFO to hundreds of mid-market manufacturers, contractors, law firms, and medical practices. He co-founded Elevate after retiring from his own firm because the businesses he spent a career serving were being sold AI on assumptions that wouldn't survive a CFO's first quarter close.
Twenty-one years inside enterprise systems. Treats AI as code you ship.
Will is a 20× Salesforce certified architect with 21 years building enterprise systems. He's worked through Salesforce operations at APCO Holdings, commercial-services leadership at Consolidated Communications, and an independent practice that's now centered on AI implementation. As an advisor to Elevate, he's the voice asking whether an architecture choice would survive him having to ship it.
Salesforce CTA26× certifiedTrains the next generation of CTAs
Salesforce CTA and longtime CTA mentor. Brings the review-board lens to Elevate's work.
Svet is a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (one of fewer than 500 worldwide) with the last decade spent scaling Salesforce in legal, government, and regulated industries. He led a multi-year Salesforce program at the Department of Veterans Affairs that landed a perfect CSAT score, mentors aspiring CTAs, and co-administers a 2,000-member architect community. As an advisor to Elevate, he brings the governance and review discipline that keeps complex platforms holding together at scale.
The advisor who's been COO of a fast-growing Salesforce consultancy. Knows where the operating model bends at scale.
Jonathan is a 25-year operating executive whose COO, CFO, and President roles span Intel, commercial real estate, Salesforce consulting, and wealth management. He ran RelationEdge as President: a 125-person Salesforce consulting firm with 300+ concurrent projects across eight regions, which he grew 80% in twelve months. As COO of a high-growth wealth advisory today and an advisor to Elevate, he brings the operator's view to how Elevate scales.
Pledge 1% is a global movement that helps companies commit a portion of their product, profit, time, or equity to social impact. Elevate participates because technical expertise should be useful outside the contract. The commitment is part of our operating model, not a side program.
Why Elevate participates
Elevate provides business software consulting services, and we believe that architecture, integration, and implementation work can create practical change for mission-driven organizations. As a Pledge 1% member, we commit time and product support to nonprofits addressing hard problems.
